Your work will directly influence how industries adapt to quantum computing, AI ethics, climate resilience, and human augmentation paradigms.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum, biotech, and neurotech sectors
- Produce trend reports and innovation briefings for executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Design ethical implementation roadmaps for emerging technologies including AGI and climate engineering
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-proof solutions with 5+ year viability horizons
- Establish KPIs for measuring societal impact and market readiness of 2026 innovations
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or policies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex scenarios to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM from Association of Professional Futurists)
