Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030

- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready insights into corporate strategy
- Produce high-impact trend reports and roadmaps for emerging sectors (Web4, Bio-AI, Quantum Commerce)
- Organize cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech foresight forums and innovation summits
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend analysis and strategic storytelling techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology innovation publications
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in virtual/remote collaboration environments
