As a key member of our Global Futures Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and academic partners to develop actionable frameworks for the next decade. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, synthesizes complex data into compelling narratives, and drives initiatives that redefine industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and human augmentation to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 10-year strategic scenarios and innovation pipelines aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Produce high-impact thought leadership content including whitepapers, keynote presentations, and executive briefings
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Advise executive team on emerging technologies' strategic implications and adoption pathways
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex trends into executive insights
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, patents)
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions with measurable outcomes
