Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to identify opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing business operations and market positioning
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for alternative futures
- Partner with R&D to incubate prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Author thought leadership reports on industry evolution and competitive disruption
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots with measurable KPIs
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Published thought leadership in industry publications
- Fluency in at least two global business languages
