Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing business models
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Oversee development of patentable IP and proprietary forecasting methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Management, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience leading teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
