Responsibilities
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof strategies
- Produce thought leadership content positioning InnovateX as a future-shaping authority
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in emerging verticals
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts impacting technological evolution
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or emerging technology analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, or space tech
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, Asia)
- Published thought leadership on technological forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
