Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead quarterly 'Future Horizons' workshops with executive stakeholders to align innovation priorities
- Author proprietary trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Advect C-suite on paradigm shifts using data-driven forecasting and risk-mapping frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of publishing industry-shaping trend analyses (include 2+ portfolio samples)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP from APF) preferred
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term innovation strategy
