Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 strategic foresight reports analyzing technological, economic, and social megatrends
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive innovations including quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 2026 strategic priorities
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in global markets
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions aligned with 2026 vision
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor forums
- Maintain a proprietary trend-sensing ecosystem using AI and human intelligence networks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, energy, space)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
- Experience with foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Technology Roadmapping)
