Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to prepare for future market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives' impact on market positioning
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
