Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological convergence across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for global megatrends including climate adaptation and neuro-interfaces
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Author whitepapers on societal implications of emerging technologies for stakeholder briefings
- Mentor cross-functional innovation pods in speculative design methodologies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global future-tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
- Experience with participatory futures workshops and stakeholder engagement
