Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic vision for 2026+ technological and market trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Publish thought leadership on emerging futures and technology ethics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technological disruptions (show portfolio)
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight
