Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, and quantum domains to identify 2026 inflection points
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies with ROI frameworks and implementation timelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational capabilities and market positioning
- Develop predictive models using proprietary Nexus Foresight Platform for scenario planning
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published expert in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies or futures studies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging tech (patents or launched products)
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, system dynamics)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Complex Systems, or related technical field
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred) for modeling
- Portfolio of 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
