Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap by analyzing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic frameworks
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into development roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven 3-5 year foresight track record
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: generative AI, neurotech, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-focused strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent professional development
