Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging tech trends and disruptors impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 18-24 month horizons
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Build and mentor a team of innovation specialists focused on future readiness
- Author thought leadership content on future-proofing business models
- Oversee implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with 2026 technological milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech trajectories
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience influencing C-suite executives
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology or future studies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile/scrum environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
