Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight strategy aligned with corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce annual innovation roadmaps with 36-month implementation plans
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for disruptive technologies
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
