Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for product roadmaps aligned with future scenarios
- Lead quarterly foresight workshops with engineering, design, and leadership teams
- Produce trend reports and competitive analyses using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Champion innovation initiatives across 5 business units
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles at tech-forward companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech or strategy
