As a pivotal member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI ethics, quantum computing integration, sustainable tech, and human-machine symbiosis. You'll translate complex futures into actionable frameworks that drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Design resilience strategies for organizations navigating technological singularity transitions
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term strategic adaptation and innovation maturity
- Maintain a dynamic ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and industry pioneers
- Advose on ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, neurotech)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills for complex futures
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., ACIF, APF) preferred
