What You'll Accomplish:

Responsibilities
- Forecast industry and technological trends for 2026+ horizon using predictive analytics
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight findings to investors, partners, and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and innovation experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
