Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and sociological trends to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints focusing on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate resilience
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready features in consumer and enterprise solutions
- Present scenario-based strategic narratives to investors, board members, and industry consortia
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead the 'Futures Lab' incubator program nurturing moonshot ideas with 3-5 year horizons
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Published work on exponential technologies or 2030+ scenario planning
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, climate tech, or neuro-interface technologies
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in agile/futures methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful translation of future insights into market advantage
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
