Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough technologies and experimental projects
- Author thought leadership reports and present strategic visions to executive leadership
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for early-mover advantages
- Quantify strategic opportunities through scenario modeling and risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic impact
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFPS preferred)
