Responsibilities

- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable and ethical tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to executive teams and external stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build and lead a specialized futurist task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for 5+ year horizons
- Portfolio of delivered strategic frameworks or innovation projects
