As a key member of our Strategy Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to translate foresight into actionable strategies. You'll leverage cutting-edge research methodologies to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks, ensuring our organization remains ahead of the curve in an exponentially evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech) to inform strategic planning for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented initiatives
- Produce forward-looking intelligence reports for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent the company at industry foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, WFS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
