Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable impact milestones
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AGI, quantum bio-computing, neural interfaces) for strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future market disruptions and competitive threats
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and translate vision into actionable plans
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Build and lead a global team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
