Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients navigating digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and implementation paths
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings translating complex data into strategic imperatives
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for continuous intelligence gathering
- Design and prototype future-facing business models and customer experiences
- Advolve product roadmaps based on emerging technological capabilities and societal shifts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation domains
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
