- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs focused on 2026+ developments
- Design and implement organizational change initiatives to prepare for paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
