Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026+ market impact
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon Scan' reports synthesizing global trends, regulatory shifts, and consumer behavior patterns
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience against technological disruption
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops translating foresight insights into actionable business priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Oversee the implementation of innovation incubators targeting 2026 commercial opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into enterprise strategy with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, weak signal detection)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
