Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business planning and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 2026 innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex data into actionable insights
- Design and prototype future-focused solutions in emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Experience working in fast-paced tech or consulting environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
