Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Produce annual 'Future State' whitepapers positioning Horizon Dynamics as a thought leader
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research institutions
- Quantify market potential and ROI for next-gen product concepts using predictive modeling
- Present foresight findings to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or Technology Policy (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 tech or consulting experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/Web3/quantum)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market disruption vectors
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology certification
