Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, quantum computing) and their business implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products/services
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for investors and internal teams
- Integrate sustainability and ethical foresight into all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (GenAI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
