Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop scenario-based models for technological disruption and market evolution through 2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation effectiveness and adaptability
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, quantum AI)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong public speaking and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) required
