Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients in AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and executive briefings on technological convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-proofing strategies and prototyping
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin) for competitive intelligence
- Advose C-suite on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced technology research
- Proven expertise in at least two domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent strategic foresight methodology (e.g., CFM)
- Published thought leadership on technology's long-term implications (Harvard/MIT preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on digital transformation
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- PhD or equivalent in Technology Futures, Systems Engineering, or related field
