- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts post-2025
- Develop strategic frameworks translating future scenarios into 5-10 year business roadmaps
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-proofing organizational models
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects aligned with 2026+ market opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic resilience and adaptability
- Represent company at global futurism forums and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish)
- Published author in futurism or technology ethics (peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
