Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Produce monthly trend reports on emerging technologies with market impact assessments
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions using AR/VR and blockchain infrastructure
- Establish ethical innovation guidelines for autonomous systems and neural augmentation technologies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and patent future-forward methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 5+ years strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in technology forecasting with published research on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP-V) and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI safety protocols, and synthetic biology implications
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams through complex innovation sprints
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent professional designation
