Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with long-term societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable development plans
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for future-facing challenges
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational units
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record forecasting technology adoption and market disruptions
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI, quantum computing, or bio-convergence
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
