Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Identify investment opportunities in emerging technologies and markets
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Integrate sustainability and ESG factors into future strategy development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published foresight projects
