Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across industries
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with venture capital to scout and invest in frontier technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Published work in tech foresight publications or journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
