Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological inflection points
- Design and implement strategic innovation frameworks for emerging ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-concept validation initiatives
- Develop executive-ready foresight reports and scenario-planning models
- Drive cross-functional workshops on future-state business transformation
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation pipeline maturity
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology trends
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards on exponential technologies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or industry white papers
