Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, societal, and economic trends to map 2026+ innovation horizons
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite to align long-term vision with quarterly execution metrics
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
- Represent company at global futurist summits and tech conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech
- Experience building innovation pipelines for Fortune 500 companies
- Published author or speaker at Web Summit, CES, or similar forums
- Certification in Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
