Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or technology innovation
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business plans
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
