As a cornerstone of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and global policy think tanks. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and sustainable development initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Horizon Reports with validated trend forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map innovation opportunities against market disruption vectors
- Design prototype scenarios for next-gen human-AI symbiotic systems
- Advise C-suite on strategic pivots using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and DARPA initiatives
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Represent the company at Davos and Global Technology Summits as keynote speaker
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent domain expertise
- 10+ years experience in innovation strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Proficiency in Delphi methodology, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ case studies)
- Security clearance eligibility for government collaboration projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
