Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, bio-integration, AI ethics)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging risks and opportunities in climate tech and space exploration
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Drive adoption of sustainable innovation practices across global operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation consulting or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with cross-cultural innovation ecosystems
