Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic trends to map 2026+ innovation pathways
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise adaptation to post-2025 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Produce quarterly trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Design resilience strategies for climate, AI ethics, and workforce transformation challenges
- Present future outlooks to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven experience developing scenario-planning models for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech disruption forecasting
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar foresight credential
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or strategic foresight work
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on innovation strategy
