Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps by synthesizing global tech trends, socioeconomic shifts, and emerging scientific breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives to identify and validate high-impact opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Present compelling foresight narratives to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Establish KPIs to track innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating complex foresight into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation mastery
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology or innovation strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
