Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-gen products and services
- Present trend insights to executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations for strategic pivots
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or futurism at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products/services
