Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 innovation roadmaps across AI, biotechnology, and quantum domains
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-generation human-AI symbiosis systems
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term corporate strategy
- Manage cross-functional teams prototyping breakthrough solutions in our innovation labs
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology ethics or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
