Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technological, social, and economic trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on existential risks and opportunities
- Author white papers and thought leadership on meta-trends like AGI governance and climate engineering
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready products and services
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futures research with demonstrable impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
