- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario models for executive decision-making
- Champion emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through pilot programs
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Measure innovation ROI and track KPIs for future-readiness initiatives
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and inspire organizational change
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Proven experience translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Strong data literacy with experience in predictive analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects or published trend reports
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
