- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough technologies and future-proof solutions
- Author thought leadership on emerging paradigms (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, etc.)
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Track record of implementing future-proofing initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
