Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable tech trends
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and thought leadership
- Portfolio of published futurism research or innovation frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) strongly preferred
