Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging tech disruptions (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Pioneer new methodologies for measuring innovation impact and future readiness
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof strategies in tech or healthcare sectors
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published research in futures methodology or innovation strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Foresight Practitioner Network)
- Fluency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method, backcasting)
